 Speaking : Describe Image  DI (3.1) 首先示範一個雙組既條形圖(bar chart) 簡介 This is a bar chart showing regional population growth in Australia over 10 years 內容 重點一 Population growth is fastest in regional New South Wales, with the population jumping from 6.7million in 2006 to nearly 8 million in 2016 重點二 On the other hand, the slowest growth is seen in regional Northern Territory. The population remain close to a quarter of million during the ten year period. 重點三 Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia are also rapid growing states. 結論 In conclusion, the regional population has grown signifcantly in Australia in the past decade. 有幾個小技巧分享一下: 簡單部份，刻意冇用到 from 2006 to 2016。我相信以英語作為第二語言既香港人，都會嚮年份，數字上會有些許困難。通常唔係唔識講，而係講上來總係要少少思想時間去處理呢類數字既讀法。尤其係一開頭，如果要讀兩組數字，可以會比較卡。因為PTE高度講求流暢度，所以我先用over 10 years帶過，先讓自己入好狀態。 到第二句，再用數字/年份 + 數字/年份既組合講出來。 嚮PTE數字唔駛太準確，6M同7M接近7M, 就6.7million，又或者見佢差唔多8M就nearly 8million。嚮讀數字既時候留少少思想空間諗定年份點講。同樣道理，見佢一半都冇，就屈佢係a quarter of million，唔會錯。 大家試多幾次，可以留意下係咪比起將兩個年份一齊上 ...

 Speaking : Describe Image  DI (2) 要嚮DI入面做到完美既流暢度，能夠有系統地發言十分重要。 發展出一個有系統分析資料既方法，咁就算見到唔同形式既圖像，都可以唔損失流暢度咁完成作答。 可以參考以下結構: (簡介) This is a diagram/graph showing X in relation with Y (內容) - 三至四個重點 - 習慣使用一些形容趨勢既詞語 例如: increase, raise, shoots up to, peak, troguh, fluctuates, decrease, drop, slump, tumble - After an initial increase, A peaked at 15000 - It subsequently fluctautes between a range of 14000-16000 - Eventaully it tumbled to 12000 by the ebnd of the year (結論) In conclusion, this diagram tells us about Z -This is a diagram/graph showing X in relation with Y (~8sec) - After an initial increase, A peaked at 15000                 (~6-8sec) - It subsequently fluctautes between a range of 14000-16000  (~6-8sec) - Eventaully it tumbled to 12000 by the end of the year             (~6-8 sec) -In conclusion, this diagram tells us about Z              ...

Speaking: Describe Image  DI (1) Describe Image 係PTE既重頭戲。 佔分重，題形千變萬化，可以練習既地方多。 常見既題形有: 1. 圖表  餅形圖 (Pie Chart) 折線圖 (Line Graph) 流程圖 (Flow chart) 條形圖  (Bar chart) 2.  平面圖 (Floor Plan) 3.  資料表 (Table) 4. 相片 圖表比較難既可以係雙軸圖表，因為資料量太多，處理得唔好就會影響流暢度。 相片方面，難處就在找出焦點可以詳述，如果唔習慣，講講下唔知想講咩，流暢度就會打折扣了。 PTE口試係流暢度主導既一個考試，要講得流暢，就要講得有系統。 如果有一套分析資料既系統，講起來自然會比較順暢。 DI 既評分同樣既分 內容(Content)， 發音 (Pronunciation)同流暢度(Fluency)。 根據PTE 官方評分標準，Content 分要滿分，要達到以下要求: Describes all elements of the image and their relationships, possible development and conclusion or implications  因應呢個評分標準，要取得滿分，說話內容大約要有以下部分 簡介 (Introduction)  三至四個重要內容 (important elements of the image) 分析趨勢 (possible development) 結論 (conclusion or implciation) 接下來既幾篇文章，首先會講下大方向大策略，然後再因應個別較難既題形，再討論一些小技巧。 希望我既分享可以幫到大家 本文也會轉載到facebook專頁: www.facebook.com/solvingpte 如果喜歡我既文章，請訂閱和分享，謝謝。
